This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform customers about the basic features of VIP transfer reservations made through the Taxi To Antalya website, including pricing, payment, cancellation, changes and communication conditions.

2. Subject of the Service

The service consists of providing private transfer / VIP transfer service between the pickup point and destination selected by the customer through the website, on the selected date and time.

The information entered by the customer during the reservation process may include:

  • Pickup point
  • Destination
  • Transfer date and time
  • Number of passengers
  • Selected vehicle type
  • Flight or train information
  • Child seat, booster seat or similar additional service requests
  • Notes intended to be forwarded to the driver
  • First name, last name, phone number and email address
3. Price and Payment

The transfer fee is calculated by the system according to the selected route, distance, vehicle type, number of passengers and any additional services, and is shown to the customer before the reservation is completed.

The main price displayed on the website may be shown in EUR. USD and TRY equivalents may be displayed approximately for informational purposes only. Due to exchange rate differences, the final payment amount may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment or the current rate determined by the business.

Payment method: Payment is made in cash in the vehicle.

In cases where online payment is not collected, the creation of a reservation does not mean that any advance payment has been received from the customer.

4. Reservation Creation and Confirmation Process

After the customer completes the reservation form and gives the required approvals, the reservation request is submitted to the system.

In order for the reservation to be finalized, Taxi To Antalya may send confirmation to the customer by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone. If necessary, the customer may be contacted to verify the reservation details.

Taxi To Antalya cannot be held responsible if the reservation cannot be confirmed due to incorrect, incomplete or unreachable contact information.

5. Cancellation and Change Conditions

The customer may notify Taxi To Antalya of any reservation change or cancellation request before the transfer date via WhatsApp, email or other communication channels.

As a general practice:

  • If there are more than 24 hours before the transfer time, cancellation or change requests may be evaluated free of charge depending on availability.
  • If there are less than 24 hours before the transfer time, change requests are subject to availability, as vehicle planning may already have been made.
  • If the vehicle has been directed to the specified address upon the customer’s request or the driver has already departed for the service, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
  • If the customer is not present at the specified time and location, the reservation may be considered as “no-show”.

In cases where online payment is not collected, no refund process occurs. In special cases where an advance payment or deposit is received, the refund conditions are separately communicated to the customer.

6. Flight and Delay Information

When the customer enters the flight number correctly, Taxi To Antalya may track the flight as far as reasonably possible. However, the flight tracking service depends on airline or airport systems and may be affected by delays, cancellations, incorrect information or technical issues.

In case of flight cancellation, long delay or terminal change, the customer is advised to contact Taxi To Antalya.

7. Waiting Time

A reasonable waiting time may be applied for airport greeting services. Waiting time may vary depending on flight, route, traffic and operational conditions.

For hotel, address or private pickup points, the customer must be ready at the specified time. In case of long waiting periods, an additional fee may be requested or the reservation may be considered cancelled.

8. Additional Services

Requests such as child seat, booster seat, extra luggage, special greeting, driver note or similar services may be specified during the reservation process.

The provision of additional services depends on vehicle availability and operational conditions. Taxi To Antalya will make reasonable efforts to fulfill such requests; however, it does not guarantee that every additional request can be provided.

9. Traffic, Road and Force Majeure Conditions

Transfer duration may vary due to traffic congestion, road works, weather conditions, official checks, accidents, security measures, flight delays and similar reasons.

The duration and distance information displayed on the website is estimated and the actual travel time may differ.

10. Disputes and Applications

Customers may submit their complaints, requests and suggestions regarding the service through Taxi To Antalya communication channels.

In disputes arising from consumer transactions, applications may be made to the authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the scope of the relevant legislation.
